Welcome to Hydrospell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hydrospell.com (the "Site"), operated by Hydrospell ("Hydrospell," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Hydrospell is a pre-launch brand developing electrolyte chews. The Site is currently intended to share information about our upcoming product, collect waitlist signups, and offer promotional discount codes. Hydrospell is not yet selling products directly through the Site.

Hydrospell products are not yet available for purchase. Any product descriptions, claims, or information presented on the Site are preliminary and subject to change prior to launch. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Once available for purchase, individuals with health conditions, allergies, or who are pregnant or nursing should consult a healthcare provider before use.
